I ordered this product back in December and I still have not received it. I have also sent you an email asking where my product is and too date you still have not reponded. On January 4, 2013 I received a package from you which was an ice scraper which I did not order. I ordered the proactive brushes. I returned that item back to you advising that I did not order and too date I have not heard back from you or Amazon, with the correct order.

I was very skeptical about using a cheaper makeup brush. But I was pleasantly surprised by this one. The bristles are VERY soft, but it holds a lot of shadow and I don't need to apply with many strokes. It also blends pretty nicely. I'm happy! I will probably end up buying more of these brushes.

I know, I know, this is a very expensive brush. However, I have wanted to own one for the past 25 years. I took the grand leap, and purchased it. I am only sorry that I waited 25 years. This is a wonderful brush! I used to lose so much hair with the many, many brushes that I used to own. Now, this brush has kept my long hair shiny, and I hardly lose hair the way I used to. For its price, it's okay. It doesn't come with the eyelash brush, even though it's in the picture. I had to give the brushes a wash as they had a nasty smell to them. They are very soft though and nice quality.

The larger brushes shed when I use them and they had a weird smell. They are really soft though and the eye shadow brushes are nice. It didn't come with the eyebrow brush.

I received the brushes very quickly and am pleased with the product. The brushes are soft and apply a variety of makeup well. They pick up eyeshadow, blush, and power foundation easily. The brushes are also fine enough that some good taps shake the power off. I have been using them with Maybelline New York Eye Studio Color Pearls Marbleized Eyeshadow, Carbon Frost 05, 0.09 Ounce everyday since I got them and create awesome eyeshadow effects.

You should note that there is NOT a eyelash brush included (as shown in the picture)it is replaced by a very fine brush that can be used to apply liquid eyeliner or create an effect with eyeshadow. The carrying cases is also nice.

Overall, good price for nice product!

Love, Love, Love this mascara! I have used so many different kinds and brands of mascara before I became vegan, and this works just as well as the non-vegan ones. I'm so glad I can use a cruelty free mascara that actually works! I plan on buying many more of these!
