Okay, I'll admit it--I think I have a mascara addiction! I am constantly buying new ones in hopes of finding the perfect product for making my sparse, thin lashes look long, full, and lush. Although Maybelline's Maybelline Full 'N Soft Mascara, Dark Brown .28 oz was my go-to product for awhile, more recently, I have been on a Cover Girl kick. My favorite CG so far has been Cover Girl Lash Exact Mascara Black Brown, although I still thought that product could be just a bit better. I thought that maybe this product, Lash Blast Length, would meet my needs. I have tried Cover Girl's original Cover Girl Lash Blast Waterproof Mascara Very Black, and found it to be disappointing--although the product itself worked well, I found both the tube and the wand to be much too fat and unwieldy for practical, everyday use. So I expected Lash Blast Length, with its pretty, slim tube, to be the perfect compromise; plus, my own short, stubby lashes are definitely more in need of length than volume.

Well, on the one hand, this product IS quite effective--it does truly do a good job of lengthening and separating lashes. However, the effect is SO subtle that you can hardly tell that I have mascara on! As I said, this product clearly makes my lashes longer, and if you compared my bare eye to the applied one, you would be able to tell the difference, but otherwise, you would probably NOT know that I was wearing eye makeup. I could see how this might be useful in some situations (or for those with lighter coloring, such as blonds), but it was not the overall effect that I was hoping for. I will continue to use this mascara for times when I want a fresh, no-makeup look, but I won't be re-purchasing.

I bought this on sale from another website. I thought it would be medium and light ashey beige, but when you apply it, it is gray. The dark is too dark for my eyebrows, so I've been using the light. Weird how it turns gray when applied. Using it because my eyebrows are more than 50% white. Original color was dark blonde. Have to be light handed in application else I look like Joan Crawford. The applicator is useless; too short to be able to see what you're doing. Bought a longer handled applicator which works better. I like it but would not buy it again.

i have nature black eyebrows and this works pretty well for me i mean i was upset when i saw it for like $2 and change at the store and i paid almost $6 for it here but it does its job! i like it :)

I've tried many different liquid eyeliners recently, and this is the best by far. It goes on smoothly, stays all day (and all night) and doesn't smudge. It comes off easily with make-up remover, and doesn't irritate my eyes.

The color is not very good though. I wish the brown was a little richer.

Also, sometimes it is a little sticky. I think this happens when it is applied too thick.

Overall, it is totally worth the money in my opinion.

I own almost all the Estée Lauder Double Wear Collection. I absolutely love the eyeliner in black. I have deep set eyes that cause most liquid eyeliners to leave a black smudge on the lighter eyeshadows that I wear. I don't have that problem anymore! I haven't been able to find this shadow in any store since I bought my first one at least 5 years ago... But I've used it all the time since and finally started running a bit low. Wipes are super thin, so they do not absorb enough fluid to actually do something, they just dry faster then you can get them to work. I bought them to do my Gelish manicure. Imagine how happy was I when I tried to wipe tacky layer of the base coat and the wipe just stuck to it, torn and left bunch of lint on my nail :\ The only worth for step when you have to wipe your nail with alcohol before you start your Gelish routine, but you can do the same thing with just regular sponge as those don't leave much lint on a bare nail too.

It is quite strong, you only need one pad to clean your all you nails before applying polish. I also use the same pad to remove sticky top coat (gel polish) after completely cured with LED/UV lamp. So this pack of 200 wipes will last me 200 manicures each gel nail manicure lasts 2 weeks, so I think I need a new pack in ~ 7 yrs.

***Please note that these wipes are not made to remove old polish, you still want to use cotton balls to remove old polish.

As long as you use rubbing alcohol on the swab before you press your nail you are fine (to remove the sticky layer on gel nails) HOWEVER... never use it without product. It will lint all over then you will have to fight to remove it. Overall I honestly had a better result with a dishcloth from my pantry before this. I will use them till they are gone but I don't think that I would buy them again. Maybe it is because they are so thin and have so many holes in them? Not sure.

So, like the title of my review says, I love this lip tar. The one thing you have to keep in mind if you're new to this lip tar is to use the tiniest amount humanly possible at a time. Don't just go slathering it on like your everyday chapstick; you'll regret that. A tiny bit at a time; a little bit of this stuff goes a long way. The only reason I docked a star is because in the description of the product it says that it will come with a pouch and a lip brush; mine didn't. I would have really liked a brush to apply this with, since it does stain your finger a bit if you apply it that way. I ordered strumpet, stalker, and hush, and in all, they are beautifully pigmented colors, will stay on like nothing else, and feels great; not sticky like other products. Be aware that they do dry a bit matte, so if you don't care for that effect, just slap a little gloss on top. They will also dry your lips slightly, so I would recommend exfoliating and moisturizing them before applying the lip tar.

I didn't buy this product through Amazon, but I'm still reviewing it for those who really care about quality makeup products.

I consider myself an expert on mascara, I've tried almost every brand out there and am VERY particular about what makes a good mascara. I was so hyped when I bought this (one for myself and one for my sister). I had done a lot of research and found videos of people proclaiming it's glory...but I'm disappointed in almost all aspects of this mascara.

The claim of this mascara is that it is revolutionary in it's container design. Well, it's too bad that they used a lot of money and research to make a pretty product that doesn't hold up. I LOVED the pewter chrome tube. Loved the shape of bristles on the brush. LOVED the box design (it's very clever and classy). Loved that the cap sticks on the bottom, but when you actually push the wand up through the tub, almost no mascara comes out. There are flaps that grab excess mascara to wipe it so you get "just the right amount", but every time I hardly got any! I've been trying to use it for two weeks now to see if it gets any better, but it doesn't. When I do my mascara, I like to load up a LOT on the brush so I can get as much on my lashes as possible. So little comes out that you barely get a visible coating on them.

Also the plastic slide that you push the wand with is made of very cheap plastic. Within two days of using it, my sister's had broken off and she couldn't use it any more. I was so upset because this was one of her christmas presents and it totally FAILED.

And as far as it supposedly being easier to use one handed? It's not. It's just more difficult to train your hand to hold it closer and tighter. Every time I put it on I get black all over the rest of my eyes because it it so awkward, and I have a VERY steady hand and have done makeup professionally for years.

The last disappointed thing to me was the formula in the mascara itself. It's so hard to find a great one that has not only a good brush and applicator, but one that has the right consistency, holds up well, doesn't flake and allows you to layer. This does none of those.

It's very thin. It does not build up. It does not layer. And it doesn't dry fast! I've tried it over and over again to bad results and every time have ended up layering a different brand of mascara over it to get the fullness I'm looking for.

I'm so sad this product didn't work. It honestly had me going there at first before I got it and I thought this was going to be the mascara to beat all mascaras. Sadly no.

I bought this mascara on Amazon My Habit. It came with the eyelash curler and the b tweezers. The accessories are awesome, the curler is tiny and cute and I love the design of the tweezers cause the grip is amazing.

I am truly disappointed on the mascara though. I am always trying out new products because I haven't found what I am looking for yet. My lashes are very thin so I need a lot of mascara to make them nice and pumped. This product claims you get just the right amount of mascara on the brush. False. When you push out the brush there is hardly any product on it and you have to pull it in and push it out multiple times to get the same amount you would have on a regular brush the first time you extract it. I ended up having a huge clump of product over the top of the brush and since the brush is not as long as my entire eyelid basically I got clumps on the lashes close to the nose and no product at all on the other ones. It took me three times longer than usual to apply it and I still look like I am not wearing mascara at all.

Overall a colossal waste of money.

I like this type of brush, lost the one I had, then found out how difficult they can be to find. Then I found out how ridiculously expensive they are considering they're made of plastic, weigh almost nothing, are worth about what a plastic key chain prize is worth after popping balloons at a carnival. For some reason, pretty much across the board, they are very expensive and carry very expensive shipping charges, unless, of course, I would by two dozen of them at a time. That would be around 2.3 lifetimes worth of plastic shampoo brushes. Does it work as advertised? Yes, it's a plastic shampoo brush. Low tech, no moving pieces, shoves hair around my head, so yes, it works as advertised. Is it worth the price? No, unless you're into collecting worthless Pez dispensers...and plastic shampoo brushes. Rule of thumb for me now, keep my eyes open if/when I visit a dollar store and maybe get lucky enough to find some, pick up a dozen for what I paid for this one...or make a point of not losing the one I have. Bottom line: if you have to have one, this is one.

The brush is advertised as the D6 Denman brush but this is a dishonest description on the part of the seller. This is NOT a Denman brush! It is a similar shaped but generically made fake. If I had known I would not have purchased it because I have a Denman D6 and was getting another one for my sister. Denmans are distinct for their quality. There is not point in me returning this brush shipping would be more than I paid so I'll just keep it.

I've used shampoo brushes of this sort for at least 50 years, and, in my opinion, the Denham brush is superior to all its competitors.

First of all, maybe one shouldn't consider the "handle" to be a way to grasp and secure the brush, but rather as a kind of spring to hold it against the scalp.

Consider this: the brush is round, Grasp in in your palm with one side against the heel of your hand and your fingertips opposite. The "handle" will be across your palm, but you're actually holding the brush by its outside rim.

Now use the brush to spread shampoo through your hair and to massage your scalp. The brush may rotate a little as it encounters more or less resistance, but that's fine, because the spring/handle is holding it against your head and your fingers and the heel of your hand are controlling the whole thing.

I'll BETCHA the "handle" won't break that way!

The Denham is superior in several ways to other shampoo brushes. The plastic from which it's made is much sturdier than cheaper brushes. Since there is no center post, there is nothing to snag in your hair. The teeth are much less likely to break off than the more flimsy competition. It's really, REALLY easy to clean, because there's no place your hair can accumulate in this thing.

So pop the buck or so extra and get a much better, much more durable shampoo brush that'll last you for years. Better yet, pop for two of 'em, one for your shower and the other for your travel kit.

One of the great bargains and great comforts available through Amazon.
