I was looking for an inexpensive bristle brush to replace one I have had for years. This looked like it might be the one, but as short as my hair is, the brush doesn't go through the hair as much as it goes over the hair. The bristles don't get into the hair when I brush. That may be what some people are looking for. I need something that is a little better, like the Phillips Wristsaver Brush #14.

This was just the brush I was looking for. Good, firm bristles, and a curved 'thumbprint' handle. A bit smaller than other brushes of this kind I have had, but nonetheless I am very happy with it.

This is a nice brush for your pocket, purse, car.. not big, the bristles are great for even thick hair. So why only three stars? Because I had to buy three different Goody brushes to find this one because they've failed to list or label the bristle firmness. Fix this and it's a five star product.
