I work as a barista and my hands are under daily attack from steam and hot water. My nails are atrocious because of it. I used this product exactly as directed for a month. The best part is that my nails are strong now. They are not flexible or brittle which is helping the peeling grow out instead of getting worse every time I broke a nail. If you are wiling to diligently care for your nails for a month I recommend using this product. I also use a glass nail file, and push back & oil my cuticles every night. I know that if I didn't have the continued abuse from moisture at my job that my nails would be in great shape after this product. My nails always break or bend or peel. I started using this product and within weeks the bending has lessened and they are growing. People have commented on how nice they look. The only minor problem is finding the time to put a coat on everyday to keep up with it. this product came on time and i never had long nails because they would always brek but after using this i finally have long nails! for the first time i actually had to file them down! love this nail strengthener
