I love the ease of use of this color. Just three packets, no plastic bottles or tubes. It also smells very good. I used golden brown, 6.32 on medium brown hair. The color came out extremely dark and I was shocked. it's not golden like the color on the box, that's for sure. However, on the pro side the color is very shiney, covers the grey well and did I mention how good it smells? I might be willing to try this again.

I have used this product 4 times now. Yes, as the previous reviewer said, the color comes out much darker than expected but so do most brands. You should choose 6.32 or maybe even dark blonde to match medium brown hair. I do not squeeze it directly onto my hair. I first mix it in a bowl to be sure it is completely mixed as the packets don't necessarily cut evenly and the product must be truly blended. I just want to be sure to get the color right the first time b-c I don't have time to redo it. And, yes, I was pleasantly surprised that it does cover gray roots. I leave it in 30-45 minutes, though, and have never tried just the 25 or 30 recommended minutes. My hair is much less frizzy than with permanent color, too. Nor does the color fade. Other semior demi-permanent dyes have not covered my gray. And, this only needs to be reapplied at the same rate as the permanent dyes do due to regrowth. After much experimentation and research, I have found the dye I will stick with. (No, I don't own stock in the company.) Thing is.. it's 12.99 with no shipping at the beauty supply.
