I remember when MAC launched a brush like this. I think it's the 180. I passed on it because I thought it was too small and I couldn't see doing my whole face with it. It seemed like it would take forever. But, I heard so many people rave about it. So when I saw this brush I thought I'd give it a try because it's a fraction of the cost for the MAC brush. I really like it. But, I think it's really only a brush you truly need if you use cream foundation or concealer. There is something about that small brush head that blends the product into your face and surprisingly it doesn't take a long time to do your entire face. But, you could also just use it to concealer certain small areas of the face.

This small brush is great. I use it to blend concealer or highlight under my eye. The bristles are not hard at all, very soft and easy to use. Bdellium has an excellent line of brushes....and at a great price too....hopefully they stay that way.Best Deals on Bdellium Tools Professional Antibacterial Makeup Brush Studio Line
I had this brush for 3 months and didn't use it because like most I was disappointed at the size. I was having a hard time getting my liquid concealer to blend properly under my eyes and cover my dark circles. The regular foundation brush just wasn't doing the trick. But this brush is THE BEST! Its super soft and perfectly blends out the product eliminating any harsh lines and crazy halo effects in photos, but keeps enough product on the areas where I need coverage! I'm buying an extra one so I'll have one in my kit and one in my handbag :DHonest reviews on Bdellium Tools Professional Antibacterial Makeup Brush Studio Line
This brush in no way should compare itself to MAC. MAC bushes are high quality and live up to product claims. This brush, was never my favorite, but I did find uses for it from time to time. I have a stable of brushes, and rarely find myself reaching for this one.The last time I tried to give it a whirl, I cleaned it with a gentle brush cleaner. The hairs separated from the ferrule. This also happened with the larger Bdellium stippling brush I owned. So, the brush had to be tossed. This after owning it for a year, with very light use. Best to stick to high quality brushes -they cost more, but in the end, last longer.

I'd probably give it a 3.5.I guess I was SOO happy with my first Bdellium brush, Airbrushed Effect 957, I kind of had really high standards for the rest of the brushes. This brush is much more rough than I expected it to be. I loved it first few days, but after that it kinda started streaking and had much rougher feel to it. I use it to highlight with liquid concealer, mainly under the eyes and cheekbones. I still use the brush, however I now have to go over it with a beauty blender to make sure there are no streaks left.
