This lip pencil enables a precise line and fill-in, lasts a long time and this particular color is very natural but not washed out. It's the only one I use and have for several years ever since I found it.

I bought this lipliner and am wondering how to use it. There is no way to extend the color end out when more is needed. Perhaps I have a defective one? There is absolutely no way possible to push it out, wind it out, or whatever. Help?? No directions whatsoever either.
