I'm writing this review in response to another review that said this liner was of poor quality and hard to apply. This is my favorite liquid liner and I have tried plenty. No,it might not be your choice if you want a dramatic cat's eye with an exagerated flick as the brush does not give you a lot of control if you are drawing specific shapes, but if you want a thin line that goes on smoothly and you can get right on your lashline this is your best choice. It is quick and easy to apply(make sure to wipe of excess liquid from the brush into lip of the container).
It is just a bonus that it is so inexpensive, because I would pay a lot more for it.

This is THE BEST drugstore brand eyeliner. Seriously. I've used almost every drugstore brand out and this product has the rest beat. The eyeliner brush is not as fine as it appears in the packaging, but it's still very easy to work with. Start with a little and build the product as you go. This is a true black liner--perfect for cat eyes.

I cannot find this in stores anymore (Target/Walmart) but this is my favorite so far. It lasts all day and I love the brush applicator. Most liquid eyeliners use a felt-tip wand and I end up making my lines thicker due to "bleeding" mistakes. I've had NYC Liquid Eyeliner for months and it's drying out so it's more difficult to control the lines, but I use the wand with other liquids since I couldn't find this in stores. Glad to see it's online.

I bought this item and its a great price. its very wet so when you apply you can tell if you missed spots or not but the problem is the liquid eyeliner started to fade and crack i had to apply it three times ive never had to do that before!!! im glad i didnt spent much but im disappointed cause i spent more time in a mirror fixing a mess on my face than i had wanted too. if anyone has any tips im all ears i dont want to get another one seeing as i bought two. NYC and wet n wild are the only two liquid eyeliners that i use and im not allergic too, i know how to apply the makeup its not hard but trying to figure out what went wrong is what im more upset with than anything else.

I've been using this eyeliner for years. The tube lasts a long time, the liner stays put for hours, and it's so inexpensive. It washes off easily with soap and water, and I like the brush. I can do thin or thick lines. I only like to use liquid liner for the upper eyes, and pencil for the lower. Liquid liners are easier to apply and are gentle on your lids, and I prefer brushes over felt tips. Felt tips dry up much faster.
