I looked at this brush Libman Hand and Nail Brush for awhile, but was put off by its price of $8.29 and I hesitated to buy it. Eventually I decided to take a chance because of the Libman name and because I wasn't finding anything I thought may do the job.
As tom had mentioned the bristles are softer than I would have expected and so they don't quite get everything out from my short nails without quite a bit of elbow grease and a good amount of soap, but again I didn't want the hard bristles, and the description of it said the bristles are soft. On the plus side, though, the handle is very comfortable for my very arthritic hands, and I can do the job without dropping the brush numerous times as I have done with other designs. It feels like a very sturdy brush.
All things considered, this brush does a good job!
