If you know how to roll, set and unravel your curls then your good. Otherwise, you may not get the results you really want. I love these rods, makes the nicst waves in my hair after they begin to fall. Would order again! They bend really well!

The rods are excellent. They give me the curls I like and I am able to sleep in them. Will note if you want bigger almost wavy curls I would suggest using a bigger size. Arrived in a timely manner so that was a plus as well.
