The product did not live up to my standards. I first expected the (treat) side to be like eyebrow Gels, but turns out it doesn't hold the hairs or anything. I don't know how much of a (treatment) it is because I don't use it very often. The (Tame) side can barely hold the hairs in place, and my eyebrow hairs are not extremely thick or difficult to work with. It doesn't even give that much of a color, you can barely see any change. When it comes to the seller, the product was shipped on time and was received in a timely fashion. The product is not so great itself (which has nothing to do with the seller, but with ELF). For being the color 'dark', it is actually fairly light. The application brush isn't the greatest and it usually has too much product on it. For the other side of this product, 'treat', I think it works great. I've been applying it to my brows at night and I have noticed hair re-growth.
