If you are a girl with curves and have bigger hips then this is not for you! this is too small to fit around my hips. I am so disappointed in this product. Its large and bulky and the strap that buckles in the back is not made for curvy women! If I put it around my waist then it looks ridiculous. I have another one that rests around my hips that was made by TIGI years ago but I guess I will have to find another one that is not so cheap I guess. If you are like a size 10 and under this will work for you I think. I am a size 14 and its a no go. :(
