Starting with my pro, is like I stated it is definitely a jet black! If thats what youre looking for, this is it. The only con I really have is that if you tend to be in a hurry while putting your makeup on in the morning, this mascara will clump on you. You have to take your time putting it on, and if you are cautious about that then your lashes will separate and not clump, and you will look fabulous.

Either the product is old or maybe it was an error in packaging... I have had this mascara less then a month and it is dried out. I love the coverage during application however, I only lasted 2-3 weeks.
