I am a 65 yr. old woman who likes to wear mascara, but I don't need the heavy makeup look that so many products give. I have been very pleased with the "not a lot of excess" that is probably the best feature for me of the L'Oreal Paris Extra-Volume Collagen Washable Mascara, Black/Brown, 0.34 Fluid Ounce. I don't feel that halfway through the day it is no longer on my lashes, but on my cheeks as so many others have done. With any luck at all I will continue to use this product. I find most L'Oreal products as well as Olay very worthwhile.

I've used this for 2 years. I like a mascara that can really lengthen my lashes without having to do a 2-step process and this one fits the bill. I really like it when it is new because it doesn't go on so blotchy, leaving a more natural look. I also like that it washes off with just warm water and a washcloth. However, it will leave smudges under the corners of my eyes, especially if I sweat. Plus, as it gets just a little older, say 2 months, it goes on too thickly, clumping. And then it starts to flake. So not perfect by any means. I've recently tried Cover Girl Lash Blast and I do believe I like it better. Only been using it a month, so I'll have to see in the long run.

the carton covering the mascarra looked like it was the reject of A CRAZY black friday sale from a store! and i ordered two washable mascaras, and i recieved one washable and one water proof! when i first put it on the makeup felt all lumpy and dry... it was old! and not even thirty minutes after i had it on did flakes of it start coming off and landing on my lower lids. Horrible.

This was absolute garbage. $7.00 garbage, not to mention. The product certainly didn't live up to its promises. It promises fuller lashes, without clumps. For starters, WAY to much product is on the wand. I ended up having to scrape lots of it off on the side of the tube. But even after that, I still had to comb my eyelashes to get the clumps out. It does however, promise to be an easily washable mascara, and that part is absolutely true. Sad to say though, I used this just a few times, and gave up on it. I was expecting something better from a brand that is usually pretty good.

It gives lots of volume. Slightly clumpy but you can just comb through the lashes before they dry. It's much better than "Maybelline Volume Express The Falsies" which gave my lashes almost no volume. I don't really understand why Falsies has better reviews than this one.
