if they ever get rid of this eye liner i dont know what ill do. I went to get more from the drug store and they were out so I tried a different brand that claimed it was long lasting. It was bleeding half way through the day. A few days later I went and bought a different brand again....same problem (this one was even water proof). I will never change eyeliners as long as Cover Girl keeps making these!!

Love this eye liner it stays put and easy to apply and easy to fix if you mess up. have found tho that when you get about more than half gone you have to keep stoping to twist it back up somehow when you stroke it over the eye it slowing goes in. but could just have been that one pencil that's why the 4 stars and not 5 but overall love it.Honest reviews on CoverGirl Exact Eyelights Eye Brightening Liner, Vibrant Pearl 700
It's definitely a good eyeliner, especially if you use the CoverGirl Eyelights Mascara. I couldn't give it five starts though, because I didn't feel that it was really that much more amazing than a lot of other eyeliners I've used.
