My daughter had commented on how good I look the first day I used it. I then bought some for her. The price is excellent and doesn't come with a lot of unnecessary items to jack up the price.

I was skeptical when I got this kit as a gift because I hate wearing any kind of foundation/blush. Usually makeup, even mineral makeup, makes my face itch. I was surprised when I did not react to this the same way! I wear it every day and it goes on smoothly and gives me a great air brushed look (hard to get for a pale complexion). The only issue I have is that I have run out of the mineral booster (the sheer powder that sets the makeup in place) and I have to buy the kit all over again just for that one container. I ordered the "Light Skin" kit which included a mineral foundation, blush, complexion booster, and 2 brushes. The product is so fine it provides zero coverage and applies like a talic powder instead of a mineral makeup. The directions suggest making a liquid concealer by mixing water or moisturizer so I tried this, too. "For precise spot coverage" definitely means not for under the eye, but in daylight the liquid spot option doesn't work either. For an example of how nb products might work for you, substitute Johnson's Baby Powder and you've got it. The concealer brush is stiff to the point it would actually work as an eyebrow brush. I chose the cheapest priced offering of this kit at $10, so I don't feel like I got ripped off which is what I would have felt if I'd paid the $25. If you're looking for a bareMinerals knock-off that works, nb isn't it.I'll gift this kit to my 9 year old niece as a stocking stuffer...minus the concealer brush which might injure her delicate skin or poke out her eye. Maybe it's the girl's version of Ralphie's BB gun in the movie "The Christmas Story"? My niece will be thrilled to have something "grownup" and my Sister-in-law won't mind as nb Natural Mineral Makeup is not a true cosmetic.
