It has a wee bit of shimmer. Really subtle. Highly pigmented. A little goes a long way. Delivered (USPS) in a bubble wrapped package, intact, and to top it off it arrived 4 days after I placed the order! Awesomeness!

I have never used Elf before but have found for the price you absolutely cannot beat the quality, the beautiful color and the fact that it stays on!I will buy again.
