As inexpensive as this item was, it was still a waste of money.

1. The cap doesn't stay on when not in use, which means it will fall off in your bag.

2. The brush doesn't stay up/protracted when you're trying to use it, unless you keep your finger on the sliding mechanism.

3. I've had it for less than half an hour, trying to get it to work properly and the metal is already flaking off.

It's unusable, and with the metal flaking off I'm not sure that it's even safe. Tossed it in the trash.

I like the lipstick brush. I was used to a larger one, so took a little time to get used to a smaller one, but I like it.

I like the capped lip brushed, and this one has a pretty good brush tip for the money. It is a bit smaller than I anticipated, which has it's good points when carrying a tiny purse or wallet, however, it gets lost in my make-up pouch. Really can't complain though for the value!

The bristles on the brush are uneven so when I outline my lips, they do not give a smooth line.
