slow shipment. International, so it is understandable. But the product is not impressive. By what i can see, i would have better get this at the .99cents store. Poorly packaging. The plastic package that it came with is staples all four sides and it got cut or break from shipment or someone else returned (I'm not sure) around the small tiny bowl, which leaved the scratch on the bowl and the brush head it looked like it is about to come off from the brush handle. It looks more like a toy to me.

I received my order on time which was nice, but the brush was dirty!!! I've tried to clean it, but I think it's stained. Good thing i only paid $5 for it... They best part about the purchase was the masque bowl. I've used it a couple times and I like it.

This item appeared larger in the photo on amazon but I bought it with 3 other items so did not investigate. It is very small and at first I was disappointed but it is actually an excellent size. I would recommend it but be prepared for a very small bowl
