I need a 2-3" brush b/c my hair is thick and straight, but this size was the largest I could find. Thought the 1 1/2-inch might work, but the bristles are so short that when I brush my hair from the bottom to the top to maximize fullness, the bristles are too short to catch all the hair. Don't use it much.
