There's no tingle with this conditioner (which I appreciate). It left my hair soft and manageable. As for it's main purpose, after using it a few times, I'd say it works well. It's not "miracle working conditioner" so it took time to see the full results. It relieved itching after the first use and flakes are currently minimal after 3 uses.
