I've been using this for several years. I live at a high altitude and the sun is extremely powerful. I have a very active life with outdoor activities including skiing where those rays come back at you again reflecting off the snow. This product doesn't interfere with my skin care products because it's a light powder, not another layer of cream or lotion. The zinc has anti-inflammatory properties, too. This is the most powerful protection I have discovered. My skin pigments very easily and with other sunscreens, even if I'm "protected" from harm, I'm not completely protected from pigmenting on my spots. Colorscience SPF 50 powder does protect me. Nothing compares to this. I can come out from under my hat with confidence. It doesn't wear off, it even stays put when I'm sprayed in the face with snow (or rain). The water droplets just roll off. However, it washes right off as easily as anything when I wash my face. I won't EVER be with out this. By the way, I'm a Retin-A user and my skin is extra vulnerable. And some of my meds make it even more vulnerable. This is real protection.

I use Colorescience Pro Sunforgettable SPF 50 Powder Brush Refill in Fair daily. I won't travel without it. Great sun protection.
