This case is wonderful for storing just about all of my makeup, I typically store my makeup in my bedroom vanity when I am at home. It easily fits all of the makeup that I need for trips away from home, and I always get comments when I bring it places. I chose the silver over the other colors because the texture of it would hide any dings or small scratches that it may acquire over time. I am very satisfied with my case, and plan to use it for many years to come.

I bought this because I got tired of having my makeup scattered around the bathroom. It's so convenient to have everything in one place, and be able stow the case out of sight when it's not in use!

The case itself is very solid-looking on the exterior. The interior materials look like they might be less durable: I'm not sure how well the interior would stand up to a spill or repeated damp cleaning [time will tell]. So far, I haven't had any spills, and have simply wiped out the interior with a Swiffer when cleaning was needed.

So far, I'm pleased with this product, and hope to have it for many years.

This is a sturdy case and as described but dumb me thought I was getting something brand named. This generic case can be found at discount stores for half the price. I use mine each day and it does simplify the makeup routine espec. if you collect a lot of colors like MAC. Don't plan on lugging this thing around because it is very heavy. I don't think it is a very good case for a professional make up person; I would look into something soft sided with a lot of pockets. This is unwieldy like walking with a pet carrier.
