I have used Smashbox (caviar) eyeliner for years -The last one ordered is the LAST one I will order. This eyeliner is not as "fluid" as years past -It is dry, hard to apply and "creeps" south. Possibly this specific container is "defective" however Smashbox is not the only game in town -MAC Cosmetics now have my business.
