I borrowed an eyeliner from this company from a friend, a dark brown color. I loved it! It looked great, prefect for smudging, glides on, one of the best eyeliners I had tried! Well, I purchased the Houston color from Amazon and I like it, I am just disappointed in how long it stays. Within 2 hours it is almost like I am not wearing eyeliner anymore. It just doesn't have lasting power, at least in this color.

Target no longer sells this eyeliner. At least in my city. I've gone to several Targets in my area and I couldn't find them anymore. I tried Pixie's satin eyeliner in brown but it doesn't compare. The only thing about NP's eyeliner is that you can use it up quite quickly. But I'm okay with it because it's the only one I've found that doesn't smudge! Great product and cheaper on Amazon.

I ordered this on Amazon because they are always out of my color at Target! It's a bit cheaper here, and it arrived pretty quick! I love how this eyeliner glides on and you don't feel as if you have to press super hard on your eyes. Stays on nicely and a great color for brown eyes!
