Maybe it is supposed to be self explanatory but the brush came with no instruction whatsoever. I assumed you would load the travel brush with the powder but I cannot figure out how that happens if it does at all. Instead it appears that you just dab the brush into the Mineral Veil and it supposedly "holds just the right amount"...I'm not sure about that. It's OK, but not what I was hoping for.
