I bought a Proactive deep cleansing brush a few months ago and was very disappointed. The brushes don't move and the whole thing only vibrates. For any use or results at all you have to press pretty hard and move it around. I ordered this for my girlfriend after she saw it on TV and wanted it. The actual product received looks a bit different from what is pictured; but I'm almost positive it's the same thing. The brush clips onto the handle part, and it actually vibrates; I thought the bristles rotate but it just vibrates the bristles on your face. i deleted my other review and want to update on my situation. i think i was doing it all wrong because i used black african soap and used the proactiv brush in the shower w/ all the steam(i always take hot showers), and left it on my face and rinsed off when i finished showering. i would do this so the soap could really penetrate my skin but i think i over-stimulated my skin and irritated it. so now i use the proactiv brush when i get out of the shower and for less than a minute. i dont think u can use this brush too much especially if u have sensitive skin like me. its working great now and my skin is soft. so everyone w/ sensitive skin, be careful and use sparingly, maybe not even everyday. also do not use w/ steam cuz it will irritate ur face
