I use this brush to apply my Jane Iredale liquid foundation. The brush is soft and just the right size to evenly blend your foundation all over your face. I had never used a brush to apply foundation, I always used my fingers and a sponge. The brush was surprisingly way better for evenness and easier to apply and blend than the sponge I was accustomed to. I pump the foundation onto my hand (in the space between your thumb and index finger while you have a closed fist) and then I take the brush, swirl it around in the foundation I have on my hand, and then brush it on my face. I do not think you will be disappointed in this brush choice for applying foundation.
