This is the full collection of Kleancolor Nail to Toe nail art polishes. The brand isn't mentioned in the product description, but that's what it says on the bottle. It's also the picture that Kleancolor uses on their website to advertise the Nail to Toe polishes. This set does not come with the display case which I didn't really expect because there are a lot more than 60 polishes in the picture.
One complaint that I saw on other reviews of nail polish meant for nail art was the thin brush. Just to clarify, that is the definition of a nail art polish so if you're looking for a normal nail polish set then hopefully you can find what you're looking for elsewhere. I'm sure there are plenty of good choices on Amazon.
These polishes work really well for their intended purpose and for Konad stamping. They're highly pigmented (except for the glitters which are meant for accents) so the line is always nice and opaque. The dry time is a little long, but it's not that bad because it stops the polish from clumping up on the brush while you're making your design. The color selection is huge and there are no duplicates. The nail polish remover that comes with the set is a bit oily but it works well and smells delicious. Just wash your hands afterwards and you should be fine.

I received this on 3/30/12 as a birthday gift. I had really wanted these and I was not disappointed! I got 60 different colors that i love. And yes, they are nail art polish (long, thin brush) but you could (and i do) polish your entire nail with them if you really love a color, it just takes a tiny bit longer. I love doing nail art so these are PERFECT! and the nail polish remover is really nice too because my dad hates the actetone smell and these dont stink up the room at all and all you smell is a pleasant flowery scent. These would be perfect for a nail art lover, a nail polish fanatic or a teenager that wants to explore the nail art experience. I am so pleased!!!! I was a bit worried at first that the colors may not be so great or some may arrive broken, but each polish was wrapped individually and the colors are wonderful!!!!!!! I actually received 62 different colors too! The nail brush is not the normal/typical brush you receive with a nail polishthey come with the narrow pointy brush for nail decorating. But, a different brush can always be dipped into the bottle if you wish to paint your entire nail with that one color. I thought at first they may have duplicated a color or two, but at closer glance, each is different. The package arrived within the estimated delivery time. The nail polish was neatly wrapped in small bubble wrap bags which held three polishes each. All seemed well until I started taking everything out.1. Three of the nail polishes had lids loose enough that the nail polish leaked out during transport. Given how carefully packaged they were, this was very disappointing. Nine of the bottles were now covered in dried up nail polish and stuck to eachother and the bubble wrap, and it was very messy to take apart. Because of this, I went through all of the nail polish to make sure lids were secure. About 1/3 of the set had a loose top where nail polish could have leaked out.
2. The product detail clearly states that there are no duplicate colors. I recieved four duplicate bottles of polish.
3. The scented pads are scented and smell nice, but two of the containers were dried out. They didn't work at all.
Overall, I am disappointed that the shipping was so sloppy. I did not get 60 full, unique bottles of nail polish. I recieved 56 colors, four duplicate colors, three half-empty bottles of nail polish, 2 sets of of unusable nail polish remover, and a mess to clean up. Although it isn't quite what was advertised, I will still get much use and enjoyment out of the product, but I don't feel that I got my money's worth. I will not recommend or purchase this set again.

I do nail art as a side job, and these are perfect! Lots if shine, plenty of variety, neon colors and glitters also included! PLEASE NOTE THESE ARE ART BRUSHES! in case you don't know that means they are very fine thin brushes not intended for painting an entire nail.
