this iron is great, the only problem I had with it is that I didn't use the glove and ended up burning myself 3 times, pretty bad too. So I would recommend using the glove atleast until you are a pro at it. But, it curled my hair so well, I did have to take small 1/2 inch sections and keep it in my hair for about 30 seconds to get that tight ringlet I wanted. I curled my 7 year old daughters hair too and found I had to hold it in there that long too to acheive that great curl. I really love that you don't have that clip to deal with. And I am very impatient and I enjoy not having to deal with the clip I just grab some hair and wrap it around hold it and Voila!! Great Buy!! I am not one that ever uses a curling iron either, but this was just so easy to use for me.. Can't go wrong buying this one. Watch Youtube videos on how to use it to achieve the right curl you are looking for. Whether you want a tight ringlet or just a beach wave look... Oh and also the curl held all day, I even woke up the next morning and the waves that were left looked so good that I just ran my fingers thru my hair and was good to go.

Best iron ever! I have very curly, frizzy, coarse long hair that funnily enough will NOT hold a curl for anything. My curly hair isn't curly all over where it would look good with some product put in it, it's only in select areas where the curl is really tight, everywhere else is frizzy and unmanageable.I washed my hair last night but did not blow dry or straighten out, I let it air dry. This afternoon I decided to give the wand a try for some beach waves. Came out perfect! 3 and a half hours later with no hairspray and it still looks exactly the same. I could not be happier with the product.
As someone else mentions the only thing that is misleading is the product description talks about the styling comb and glove. Mind you I did receive my glove but I did not receive my styling comb. When I contacted the seller they said that this product does not come with a comb and gave some lame reasoning behind the product description. They also claimed to have called a phone number that I left in my order which I did not so I'm not even sure what number they are talking about, if it's something that I gave when I first opened my Amazon account years ago and it's outdated, but I can't even find where that would be to change it so I'm guessing that was a lie. My glove also came with a snag in the thumb and fraying around the wrist of the glove which I took a picture of and sent to the seller (was frayed and snagged BEFORE I even used the product so it wasn't due to improper use), haven't heard back from them on that note and will not purchase anything from them again. Will have to check the sellers of all of my future purchases through Amazon as this has been the first time I have been somewhat disappointed with my purchase.

great curler. I do my daughter's hair and it looks better than the hair salon. saves lots of money and trips as well.
