The pens have some writing on them that states that they have liquid inside but they are all dry, which worked better for me, since I could fill them with pure acetone and its a breeze to clean around the edges of my nails with it. Its easy to refill if you use a dropper. I have shaky hands and I always end up with polish on my skin, but the pen takes it off easily and quickly. Perfect for do-it-yourself mani/pedi. Each pen has 3 extra tips, so there is plenty to spare. Nice!

The pens are a nice quality and you can refill them. When the tips wear out you have replaceable tips in the other end.

I thought this was a great idea, that's why I ordered them. The 5 pens all came with purple caps, and included the extra tips. To Refill the pen you need to twist and pull pretty hard to get the backing off, but it does come off. SO far I'm pleased with them! Shipping was as long as I expected coming from so far away, and it being free. It took about 3 weeks.

the end is hard to get off to put your own nail polisher remover in and if you put to much in it cames out the tip end and leaks and didnt really remove the polish good q-tip worked better and didnt get multi color

This product is ok. I mark it as that because initially it does it's job. However, the tip dries out super fast. What I mean is that after the second use you must replace the tip. I mean second use if you only do a manicure or pedicure. If you do both then less. So before you know it you're ordering another set.
