I ordered the pictured item, but instead received a totally different product that wasn't at all what I needed. It actually was a set of items that had everything needed to bleach your hair except the pictured item. Really bummed :/

Every time I use this, my hair doesn't turn out as I expect. It's weird because I use other products and don't have these issues. This is also very thin and watery so it's messier than a higher end cream developer. I wouldn't recommend this. It works but for some reason it gives too much lift and it's way too messy. I just threw my bottle in the trash. Will not buy this again.

While it gets the job done, it will make your hair extremely dry...while washing it out!! Left my hair extremely dry when used in conjunction with Wella's toner. And no it wasn't the toner that was causing the problem and no it's not just because my bleached hair was dry. I've used over developers that didn't fry my hair like this did. Do not use. Find something else.

I think I'll stick to the Ion developer brand thank you very much. This is what I get for trying to get something little cheaper.
