I have used liquid eyeliners for over 20 years. This is by far the best I have ever used. Soft applicator like the brush style, but without the possiblity of too much product. Dries fast, unlike the brush style. Rich color. Lasts all day, but yet removes easily with either eye makeup remover, makeup remover wipes, or facial soap and water.

I have had a lot of trouble with various brands of liquid liner somehow smearing a line onto the area above my eyelid while I'm at work. I got into the habit of constanty rubbing the area a few times an hour to remove the embarrising line. I had tried many different brands, waterproof also, and still the same thing happened or they were just a pain to put on and look decent. I love this eyeliner so much! It stays on all day, doesn't smear above my eyelid no matter how much I sweat, and the felt tip makes it so easy to put on and look good! It's cheap, available at drug stores, and comes off easy with some makeup remover.

I purchased my first tube of this when I was about 17. I've tried other liquid eyeliners since, and nothing beats it, in my opinion. The felt tip is easy to control, and you can have a pretty subtle look, or use this to go bold. The liner does sting a bit if you get it in your eyes. This is hands down my favorite go-to liquid liner.

Let me start by saying how AMAZING Amazon is! I ordered this item yesterday at 12PM yesterday. Within 22 hours, it is on my doorstep! I made use of the free prime offer I have (student perks!).

About the liner I bought the intense black. It looks like it's still wet even after it has dried that is what gives it the intense color and non-matte, non-pencil liner finish. The applicator is easy to use and the felt tip is not very flexible which make it easy to apply from any angle. Seems to wash off with water and some rubbing but stays put otherwise. My only gripe is the amount of liquid is very less, that is, the size of the vial that holds the liner is small. I guess liner should be thrown out after a few months, thats why.

Update 01/27This thing flakes off without your trace. If that's what you want (an eyeliner that does not have staying power) then buy this!

The product glides on and dries quickly but flakes off very easily. Once the product was dry I brushed on some eye shadow which rubbed off some of the eyeliner. if you even slightly rub your eye the liner rubs right off.
