I tested this eyeliner at the makeup counter and was amazed! I didn't think a cream eyeliner would be so easy to use. It was an intense black color (really concentrated). I didn't buy it because I wanted to see if it would last through 90 degree heat, humidity and after 5 hours it still look good. It didn't smudge like all the other cheap eyeliners I've tried. It really defined my eyes. I will say it was hard to remove, but I think I just need to use a good eye makeup remover and it wouldn't be a problem.

I had a great experience with Neobeauty. They were very quick in accomodating my request to change the color of the eyeliner I ordered and were very prompt in delivering the product.However, I am not particularly happy with the Shiseido eye liner because it makes my eyes very dry. I wear contact lenses which worsens the effect. Also, if you accidently rub your eyes, the eyeliner will smudge and then it is very hard to wipe it off.
