I used to use cheap foundations that weren't necessarily the greatest. then I became involved in makeup artistry and felt the need to upgrade, I found Shisheido foundation and now I find it hard to switch to anything else. The color is great, they really are top quality, and look really great on skin. I love the pricing of this product as I usually find Shiseido foundation alone starting at 40+ dollars, so for whoever is interested, this is a Real Deal!

I originally was to buy this product from the department make up counter, but they ran out of my color so I bought it here on Amazon.

I have not tried the other freebie products, only used the brush and the foundation.

The foundation is a liquid form, but is very buildable with the included brush, but I found the feel is rather heavy, so I usually apply with the included brush, and buff with my real Technique expert face brush to achieve a airbrushed look.

the foundation does not cake on me.

This foundation does not oxidize on my combination/oily skin, which is a huge plus. I also don't find it to irritate my acne. The foundation lasts about 4 hours without powdering, and even if you don't powder, the foundation wears off nicely, without getting patchy (unless you rub it.) This is a good foundation that you don't have to keep checking and maintaining the finish.

I would recommand this product if you don't like heavy feeling of foundation and if you are looking for a foundation that require minimal touchup.
