When they say cream, they're not kidding. This is literally the "creamiest" eyeliner I've ever owned. The brush I dipped into it went in a bit further than I was expecting. No big deal, though. I brushed off the excess and went to work.Application was an issue. Expect to apply two coats if you want to discern the color. It thinned out almost immediately as I was drawing along my lash line. One option to combat this is to apply a coat and cover with a similar eyeshadow while still wet. If your look requires blending, this eyeliner can blend while still wet. It can also disappear while still wet if you're overzealous. It isn't well pigmented, so you really will have to layer if you're going for something bold. If you primed properly, the dried eyeliner will stay put for a while, but I have not tested it beyond short evenings. (Purple just isn't a daytime look for me).
Drying took a bit longer than I'm used to. That's why I own a hairdryer!
