Great transaction/seller. Item shipped quickly. I like this eyeliner. It is very sparkly great for the holidays. It goes on much more easily than I thought it would. The bottle was brand new and in the original package but it seems as though the manufacturer doesn't fill it up all the way. For the price though you can't go wrong.
