Actually makes a cat eye harder to accomplish. I suggest using a wand from another liner. I use one from NYC liquid liner, which is very inexpensive ($3?), and doing this made it the perfect liner.

I still love the liquid liner. Especially this one because the brush is very thin and easy to work with. i love the loreal carbon black line. this product has a great formula but the wand sucks, it is way to long therefore you don't have a lot of control when drawing a line. i have been using liquid eyeliner every day for almost 10 years, so i am definitely not a beginner, but i like things to go fast in the morning and applying this product precisely takes forever. but like i said the formula is great: deep black, no smudging, great staying power. however, because of the wand i am not going to buy this again.
