Great brush, but why so expensive? This exact brush is only $26 regular price on sephora's website...??Anyway this brush is great for applying mineral make-up and provides medium to full coverage. For lighter coverage, try #55.
This brush is also recommended for the application of the new instant airbrush foundation, same coverage results. I have not used this foundation but have read a lot of good reviews.

I love high quality brushes and I have tried so many from various drug store and department store brands. Respect my opinion as I spare not cost for quality. I have found that the most expensive brushes are not always the best brushes. I recently saw this brush at a local Sephora store. I was amazed at the softness of this brush and the short bristles and rounded shape seemed to make make it ideal for powder and liqiud foundations. When I tried it with powder It performed alright but did not blow me away. When I tried it with liquid it was a disaster. It was streaky and failed to blend well. I still have not deceided to return it as I recently tried the Sephora Matfifying Foundation Powder that I thought may be comparable to a Mac Studio Fix but it wasn't it was like regular blot powder that I returned. This brush was not as well as some of my Sonia Kushak flat top brush and my Mac 130 which is my all time favorite. I also have a large Bare Esentual brush that I love best for full face powder. So should you add this to your collection. Maybe.. I'm still trying products to use with this brush because right now I am not satisfied.
