My brush just arrived. I haven't had a chance to use it yet, so my comments are nothing more than my initial thoughts on the item received. I ordered this in metallic pink, but it looks entirely different than the color seen on any websites. There's nothing "metallic" about it, its not even glossy in any way. It a flat, mauve colored brush. I'm sure I'll be happy with the product overall, but I'm less than thrilled with the color I received. As such, I'm giving it only three stars. I'm not sure if its simply a merchant error or if this is the way the metallic pink is supposed to look...if that's the case, they should really rename the color to deep mauve or something more suitable.

It was recommended to us by a friend who is a hair stylist to deal with our daughter's long thick hair. It is not magical on long thick hair, but it does a better job than the other brushes we've tried. After losing the first brush, we went back and bought this again--so yes, we'd buy again.

I was a bit skeptical, but it really does brush through my coarse, thick hair both wet and dry. Like a few other reviews, I did notice an odd smell, but that seems to have gone away with time.

We call this the magic hairbrush in our house. My daughter who HATES to have her hair brushed loves this one. She no longer cries when I brush her hair. Although this brush takes a little longer to get through the hair it works great. The only problem is we sometimes can't find it and then we have a real problem on our hands as she doesn't want me to brush her hair with anything else. :)

I had my doubts but after using a friends at the pool, we had to order!! It even works great on naturally curly hair. Was very happy with the company that we ordered from as well!! It was shipped to our old address and they were very easy to work with in getting it shipped back out to the correct address.
