This is my absolute FAVORITE liquid eyeliner. I've tried quite a few from several different brands, even a slightly high-end (Sephora) brand, and this has been the best. I do a lot of crazy, near costume-y things with my makeup, so I never use pencil liners. I like to have a really small, precise brush that is easy to control, and the brush that Jordana's Semi-Permanent Liners come with fits the bill. I've been able to do very, very detailed work with it, which is great because it means you can do very subtle liner with it or you can go crazy but still have it taper out to a very fine point, looking very finished and neat.

The formula itself is probably not the absolute best but it DOES have a lot of staying power and is indeed quite waterproof, which I do like. It's somewhat watery, but after a bit of practice that's not a big issue. I think my biggest complaint would be that it dries to a shiny finish, which is sort of odd, but you can just use an angled liner brush to put a matte eye shadow on top of it and fix that problem easily. But aside from that, this eyeliner is my favorite, because not only is it pretty good quality, it's INSANELY cheap!

It is not semi-permanent in fact it does not even last 2 hours

Once it dries it peels off if you touch your eye
