I have taken 6 soaking baths, up to 45 minutes each, and have barely gotten any skin off, much less see rolls. Maybe I will look around and see if there is some specific instructions for technique because so far it has been a time, money and effort waster at my house.

UPDATE: I emailed the seller and she sent me more detailed instructions. Yes, my technique was wrong! I was using like sandpaper, quick up and down motions. She instructed me to use deliberate up and down motions with pressure. The skin rolled off just like promised!

I usually don't write reviews, but I had to for this product. I will explain why I didn't give it 5 stars after I rave about it first. Used it for the first time yesterday. I was amazed of all the dead skin that came off, but most importantly my skin feels so smooth and looks rosy and healthier. I really think this is a great product but I am wondering why it is so expensive. I think more people would buy it if it were cheaper. Is it worth the cost when you think of how much you would pay for professional exfoliating YES. And it is supposed to last for 2 yrs so it is worth the price in that sense. Yet, it can't cost a lot to make. But it is made in Turkey.

Would I recommend this YES, BUT.......I wish the manufacturers would drop the price so more people could buy it.

I can't say enough good things about the Baiden Mitten! I have been using it for about a year now, and my overall skin quality has improved so much. My acne and blackheads have seriously decreased. Self tanner goes on more evenly and lasts longer. My cellulite and stretch marks have faded. I no longer have dry patches or dull skin. My skin just glows! I found this product while looking into at-home microdermabrasion machines, and I'm so glad that I got this instead! I saved myself a ton of cash, and it's easy to use. About a year before my daughter's wedding, I started regular appointments at a laser cosmetic salon in my area. Loved the treatments, loved the dermabrasion, but noticed a couple days after dermabrasion, my skin became really dry and peely. It would take a week anyways for my skin to completely "shed."

Right before the wedding we all decided to do spray-on tanning. The woman doing it recommended a Baiden mitten. I figured, hey, an exfoliater is an exfoliater. NOPE! I bought two, one for myself and one for my daughter. I was blown away. I am fair-skinned and have to watch my products and procedures. This was such a breath of fresh air! I use it EVERY day in the shower on my face and body. I will admit to Friday nights in the tub and exfoliating afterwards. My skin has never felt better. Loved my esthetician, but haven't seen her in quite a loooong time. And my bank account is loving it, too. This product is worth every single penny. These mitts last a long time, in my experience! The dead skin this mitten rolls off was shocking on my face, back, legs, arms it was unreal. I had no idea I was walking around with such a layer of dead, dull skin hiding my baby soft smooth skin underneath.

This mitten has revolutionized my understanding of my skin and how to maximize smooth and soft and healthy glowing skin.

One thing that had vexed me was that I use an epilator to pull the hair out of my legs, but I could spend an hour and pull out every last hair and my legs would still not be smooth, so I'd have to follow up with shaving if I wanted a truly smooth leg. Yes, the pulled out hairs would last much longer VISIBLY, but to have the smooth touchable legs that meant a second step, or live with a certain rough bumpiness like the epilation sort of roughed up the skin when pulling out the hairs, raised up bumps where the hair follicles were.

Now that I exfoliate with the Baiden mitten, I no longer feel ANY of that bumpy texture after epilation. And it should go without saying, but I'll say it the exfoliation smoothness lasts much longer than a shave. A shave would keep the legs smooth for a day and by the next day there would be some roughness (clearly since there was still many layers of dry dead skin). Now both the epilation and the exfoliation go hand in hand for long lasting smoothness.

I just love knowing that my skin is all fresh and smooth with all dead layers removed. I've never known a product could even do this. I've been a decades long user of bufpuf for body and face, and I still use it for thorough soap cleansing, but there is no doubt, the bufpuf never exfoliated ANYTHING, this Baiden mitten really does something no other product I've tried does.

I'll be interested to see if it reduces stretch marks as it promises. I've only been using about 2 or 3 weeks now so time will tell.
