Discount JAPONESQUE Pro Concealer Brush
I know this brush is labeled as a concealer brush, but it is perfect to use as an eyeliner brush. Dip end of brush into water, pick up eyeshadow with wet brush (use with any color eyeshadow), and draw "eyeliner" around eyes. The tapered style of this brush makes it easy to draw as thick / thin a line as needed. Good quality brush has already lasted for years as my eyeliner brush.
