Normally I really love Keratase products. But this product was just okay. It is expensive for the size you receive but you only need a small amount. I can't really say that it adds a ton of volume in my hair. I have other products that I think work better then this one. I have fine hair but a lot of it ( for reference). If you are looking for a product that gives nice volume try either Aveda Volumizing tonic or Bumble and Bumble Full. Less expensive options that work better.

Although I paid a premium price for this gel, the product did not dissapoint. I have very curly, fine hair, but a lot of it. With other curly hair products including Aveda, DivaCurl and Biolage, results at the beginning of the day were good. My hair had nice spiral curls in a kind of controled chaos way. As the day went on, my hair lost body and fullness and by the end of the day, it rather reminded me of a string floor mop.

With the Lift Vertige Root Uplifting Gel, my hair retained body and fullness all day. With a quick "fluff" of my hands, the hair looks as good at 7pm as it does at 7am. When it is time to refill, I will look for a local salon as I paid well more than retail through Amazon.

I bought this because of rave reviews. Well, don't believe everything you read. If you suffer from fine, thin hair you are better off using a dry shampoo to add fullness instead of this gunk. Awful.
