It is precise, doesn't flake and wears for a while but it is HIGH shine. I would have preferred a matte black.

I didn't like it because It doesn't stay on. I only kept it because it would have cost me more to send it back than I paid for it.

I have used several e.l.f. products, and never had a problem. This was my first time purchasing their liquid eyeliner and I found it to seem watered down, as some areas were more gray than black. It also took a long time to dry, at least a few minutes, and at that, you have to apply several coats to get a solid black color. I will not buy again due to the low-quality, but I am going to use what I bought nonetheless. In the past I used the Sephora brand black liquid eyeliner, which is somewhat cheap and good quality.

This eyeliner works very good and it kind of glows when it is on. It looks good and I like the brand

I usually just go with pencil eyeliner, but I bought this with another order to try liquid eyeliner. It goes on nicely and stays on great, doesn't come off in rain.
