I bought this curling brush about 5 months ago. I was very impressed with how hot it gets. It was the best curling brush I'd ever tried.

The problem began after about 3 months. I noticed the bristles didn't hold firm anymore as I pulled the brush through my hair. Soon there were little black strips of plastic falling to the floor and I realized the bristle combs were coming apart at the spine. The product comes with 2 extra bristles, which I've used, but I haven't been able to find anywhere that sells more bristles. The manufacturer's website didn't include any kind of contact info at all, which shocked me. If anyone out there knows how to get more bristles, perhaps you could post that knowledge here. Meanwhile, all I can do is replace this practically new, but toothless iron. In short, don't waste your money.

This was a good curling brush got hot quickly and did a good job. It also came with 2 replacement bristles which I thought was wonderful until they ALL started falling apart! I used up those 2 almost immediately and now not 1 single strand of bristles has all its teeth! Every single time I use it another one breaks off. I have short hair, and don't even put the unit at its hottest setting so I am not abusing it they just fall off!!!!!!!!!!!

It's about time! An iron that gets hot enough for my thick hair. Also comes with an extra long cord which is a great plus.
