I received the product in good packaging and no damage. it works great. iv read some reviews that say they had problems with the air gun and that the liquid just sputtered out and that the air would flow off and on, however I have not had any of these problems. it works great. and the color is good. but I quickly realized that to get good long lasting color need to but the first coat on heavy and reapply a second coat after the first coat dries and then in 2 days put another coat and I was good for almost 2 weeks. I got the medium color and I am very pail skinned due to my Irish, English, and Scottish heritage. and the color looked very natural. not orange at all. the color was a nice tan color however I might try the deep color next time to get that extra dark color.
