You aren't getting three palettes, you are getting one. In this case, I ordered the medium, which is good enough for working on one client/actor/show. For the medium size, there is plenty of space to mix and blend product. I can't actually see myself wanting to hold a larger palette most of the time. The small size was too small...so maybe the Goldilocks' scenario fits well here. It's the standard piece of metal, it holds firm, and it can be sanitized, just as would be expected. If you need something else, then I guess you have to keep looking, but this works for me.

I received the palette I bought for my fiance to find that it has many rust spots, other peoples fingerprints and scratches on the front. And it has some kind of oily substance smeared on the back. Id like to exchange it and get her another one but guess what, the company wont take it back! Hopefully wiping it down with a Clorox wipe will remove the substance.

I ordered the small palette for personal use. It's a bit wider but like holding an iPhone/Android phone in the palm of your hand. It came fast but full of scratches on both sides and dings on the edges as another reviewer noted. For $10 and the product being new, this sure looked pretty banged up. Oh, and the polish doesn't even reach the corner edges of the palette. If you want to look like a makeup pro that has been using this palette for a while, then this definitely has that 'used' look. :)

If you're looking for something to blend the perfect foundation shade as you pretend you're Michealangelo and your skin is the Sistine chapel (in dire need of a little restoration), and you don't want to risk breaking the random heirloom china plate your great Aunt left you, or if you deplore the idea of those sneaky little, evil BPA's traveling from that plastic tray that you know you're using right now, then this is the palette for you. It will allow you to seamlessly blend that new color you bought that you thought was going to be the holy grail foundation, but was just a shade too dark, and will also simulanteously balance out the guilt you might feel for spending your kid's birthday money on an expensive foundation, only because you happened to go by Sephora before you made it to the bank to deposit little Jr's cash to his college fund. It works perfectly for mixing in that wrinkle-reducing, line-smoothing, spot-removing, stop-your-husband-from-cheating miracle substance, into the foundation for that oh-so perfect consistency. Would recommend.

This is definatly a must have for anyone who is sharing cosmetics with either friends or with a client as an artist and doesnt want to contaminate their cosmetic products! If thats you, You need this! I actually still want the med one or large one for a change :) and for extra space but overall its a grerat product , super easy to clean I love it !
