Loreal HIP color chrome eyeliner has a great color BUT this product gave me an horrible reaction. My eyes got irritated within few hours (and this condition still remains after 2 weeks of not using anything, my eyes are red and itchy). I have never had any reaction to cosmetics before. I called the company, they told me that its normal to have such a reaction and looks like many people had it (you can google it). Why do they sell products that can harm your health?

The only redeeming quality about this product is the lovely violet color. Unfortunately, the tip is very soft and smudges immediately with even slight pressure. May work for smoky looks, but if you want control of the line size, then this is not a good product. I tried to sharpen the tip to see if that would help, but it just crumbled into my sharpener. Won't ever buy this product again. Too many other great eyeliners in the same price range!

The first "true purple" eyeliner I've found. It has a pretty shimmer and is soft and easy to apply. I use it with a bold volumizing mascara to make my boring brown eyes pop.

Creamy but not so much it smudges easily. Great color payoff! I definitely recommend this eye pencil, especially if you like UD 24/7 pencils.
