It doesn't (big surprise), but it stays for a while, is easy to apply and totally natural-looking. The 'stain' in the name suggests a liquid, but it is a sort of moist powder, not liquid, not a gel. 'Stain' also suggests once you've got it on you'll have trouble getting it off. Not true.

I really like this product, it goes on smoothly/evenly and looks natural. However, I bought it specifically because it is supposed to be longer-lasting (20 hour wear I believe) and unfortunately it still kind of rubs off easily (which is my problem with blush--it seems to fade quickly and I don't have time to reapply during the day).

I was looking for a high-end plum blush and picked this one. It has a nice finish to it, not powdery. It is a tad bit darker in real life but it will still look good if you don't use a heavy hand. I have a medium skin tone and it suits me well.
